Odd Jack

Odd Jack is a fixture on the Island of Callisto, particularly the warrens but not unknown in even the posh downtown districts or exclusive clubs of the Seiki. Usually filthy, often drunk, always incoherent, Jack is considered by most to be largely harmless, a baffonish constant of life on the island that no one quite remembers a time without.
